Oglasno selo: WANTED: BOSNIANS!!!

WANTED.......... PARTICIPANTS FOR THE FIRST YUA-BKB-ACADEMY in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina

Who are we looking for?
Young creative initiators from all fields of Bosnian society. People with original ideas, people that take action, people that are innovative and have an international outlook. Participants are typically free-thinkers, involved, critical and creative. High grades or university degrees are NOT essential. Enthusiasm, dedication, creativity and initiative ARE.

Background
In 2000 the three owners of Dutch social campaigning company BKB founded the BKB Academy. Its purpose is to have young talent share in their know-how and network. Every year they select a group of 25 students for a program of about 10 courses in all the various aspects of campaigning. This year, BKB and YUA (Young Urban Achievers Foundation, Dutch co-founders Kriterion Sarajevo) are organizing an Academy together for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What is the YUA-BKB Academy?
We offer an exclusive series of lectures & activities by leading Dutch and Bosnian experts in the field of (political) campaigning, media strategy, business & organization development and international relations. A breeding ground for new talent. A place to acquaint yourself in a relatively short period of time with the art of campaigning and to acquire relevant work experience. Free of charge, full of energy.

For this first YUA-BKB Academy we're planning three weekend sessions. Typically these last from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning.

-    March 28th – 30th we focus on campaign strategies and tools. What is your goal/message? How to get your message across? How to use / play the media?
-    May 2nd – 4th we discuss the practical side of campaigning. How to organize campaigns and events? How to present yourself / your idea?
-    May 30th – June 1st is for strategic planning. How to build and use a network? How to use Bosnia's position in Europe?

The sessions are all inter-active. Besides lectures there will be lots of practice. The trainers will be Dutch and Bosnian and all are leading experts in their field. The YUA-BKB Academy will open up and international network for you and provide you with hands-on experience in the field of campaigning and organizing.

We have room for a maximum of 25 participants. If you want to be one of them, please send a letter of motivation and resume (both in English) before the 5th of February 2008 to:

academy@yuafoundation.org  or info@academy.co.ba (to be absolutely sure it arrives, please send it to both addresses)

Kontam,  raja pretjeruje. Klasika. Ono u folu super si ti meni al' čim te je malo više onda si neka napast i tako to. I baš nedavno odemo ja i hanuma u Trst.

Dosjetljivo iako mi to nismo uradili. Uzeli smo koliko se moglo ponijeti, te još malo više kontajući kako revnosni carinici neće pronaći tih par deka kahve viška. Odosmo, potom potražiti neke farmerke i novu ploču Ramonesa.
